The idea
Starts with half-sized TECL during an XLK recovery, then increases exposure after confirmation while held.
Gradual entry may reduce exposure to a failed rebound while preserving upside after confirmation.
Target 49.5% TECL when XLK is above its 200-day average and 20-day exponential average with positive five-day return; increase to 99% after three qualifying held closes.
Exit on a close below the 200-day average, or below the 20-day exponential average with five-day return under -3%.
